Things to know......
What do I wear?
Wear weather appropriate clothing, we recommend comfortable yoga type clothing or a bathing suit with shorts.
What do I bring?
Hat, non-expensive sunglasses /glasses strap, sunscreen, water bottle (please no one time use plastic), layers if it's cool and a change of clothes and towel as you will get wet.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is tons of free Parking at Marie Curtis Park West. Come early to find available parking.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand that there are a wide variety of circumstances which may lead you to need to reschedule or cancel a booking.
Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to find a balance between flexibility & fairness, while at the same time protecting Lite and Glow Kayak Rentals from undue abuse and/or financial losses.
If you provide MORE than 48 Hours' Notice for cancellation, you are entitled to receive a full refund. To cancel your booking, cancellations must be made in writing by emailing leslie.liteandglow@gmail.com.
​If you provide us with less than 24 hours’ notice, we do not offer refunds nor the option to reschedule.
What if it rains?
We will communicate with you about changes and/or cancellations based on the contact information that you have provided to us during registration. If you have booked on behalf of other participants, it is your responsibility to inform them of any changes which we have communicated with you.
